Team Licenses
This license has a one time cost based on the type of rules you are using with it
as indicated below. You pay for 12 months of maintenance up front when you purchase
the license. After those 12 months are up you can renew your license for another
12 months for the Team License renewal cost listed below. You are given a grace
period of 5 months after your maintenance expires in order to renew at the normal
cost. If you wait longer than that then there is an additional catch-up fee that
is added to your renewal to bring your outdated software up to the current version.
If you renew early we will extend your current maintenance by 12 months from when
it would normally expire.
As an example, If you purchase on 5/1/2016 then your maintenance runs out on 5/1/2017.
You can renew at the normal price of $20 up until 10/1/2017 (
which is 5 months after your maintenance expires). If you wait longer
than that then an additional catch-up fee of $30 will be added to your renewal for
a total renewal cost of $50.

Championship Licenses
Purchasing and renewing a championship license works the same way as purchasing and renewing a Team license but with the pricing as indicated below.

- Championship License with Age Group rules (AAU, FINA, USD): $149.00
- Championship License maintenance: $25.00
- Championship License renewal: $25.00

Site Licenses
Purchasing and renewing a site license works the same way as purchasing and renewing a Team license but with the pricing as indicated below.

eJudge
eJudge is licensed on a 12 month basis, is renewed annually and is tied to your eDive maintenance. When you purchase the eJudge add-on it will be enabled based on your
eDive maintenance renewal dates and is paid for in 12 month increments. If your eDive maintenance expires then eJudge will stop working.
What if I renew early and want to include eJudge?
eJudge will become enabled when the new maintenance you just paid for takes effect and will continue for 12 months. If you also want eJudge to work for the remainder
of your current maintenance then please contact us and we will add a prorated price to make eJudge available for your current maintenance.

The cost of eJudge for a championship meet depends on the number of divers you will have at your meet. For a meet with up to 50 divers the cost is $15. For
every 50 divers over that the cost increases by $10. The table below lists out some of the prices based on the number of divers. Please be aware that if you purchase
the eJudge add-on for a championship meet and pay for up to 50 divers (as an example), if you register more than 50 divers for that meet then eJudge will be
disabled.
