Licensing
eDive licensing comes in 3 flavors - a Team License, a Championship License and a Site License. eDive must be purchased by a club, sports team or organization (hereafter referred to as a Group). No licensing option allows the software to be purchased for or by an individual. Please call if you have questions.
The Team License
eDive can be licensed to a Group that may use it to run any meet that they sponsor and participate in. A high school team license for example, could be used to run any dual meet, invitational or other meet that the high school hosts and participates in as that licensed team. It could not be used to run an invitational that is sponsored or run by another high school.
The Championship License
eDive can be licensed to run a specific meet with the Championship license. The Group that purchases the license would be allowed to run that championship meet each time it is held no matter where it is held. For example, a championship license could be used to run the Junior National Zone A meet every year no matter where it is held.
The Site License
eDive can be licensed to a specific facility or site. This allows the use of the program for any type of meet (USD, FINA, NCAA or High School) that is held at that facility. It could not be used to run a meet at another facility.
An Organizational License
eDive can be licensed to member teams within an organization. An organization could be a state association, league, section, etc.. With a recommendation from the organization all of the member teams within that organization will receive a discount on the retail price of the software. More information about the licensing options
eDive can only be licensed to a Group, not individuals. After purchase, you will receive a license file customized for you which contains your license information. The licensee's name will appear on the screen at all times and on every report that can be printed from the program. This license file unlocks the full retail version of the program. It may be copied to any computer which falls under the provisions of the license agreement which you have purchased. So, for example, a coach can
install it on his home PC so that he can set up a meet and then copy the data to
a thumb drive to put it on the pools computer to actually run the meet.
This software may not be distributed to run separate meets at separate sites under the sponsorship of one organization. For example, you cannot use one license to run the 11 sectional championships for all of New York state. Each section would be required to purchase their own Championship license. A Championship license may only be used to run that one Championship meet each time it occurs. It may not be used to run any other meets such as dual meets or invitationals.
Maintenance
When you purchase eDive you must also purchase the first years maintenance agreement. This yearly maintenance fee entitles you to full support (phone, email, online forum and mailing list) and all updates published within 12 months of your purchase date. This includes all major, minor and bug fix updates as well as any rule updates released during that 12 months.
If you choose not to purchase the next years maintenance you will still receive support via email, online forum and the mailing list. Updates will only be released for the current version of the program. If you decide not to renew your maintenance agreement, you can still purchase it at later date to bring your program up to the latest version. In that situation our "catch-up" pricing policy will take effect.
Expired Maintenance and the Catch-Up Policy
If you purchased a license or renewed your maintenance more than 17 months ago then you will be subject to the Catch-Up
Fee when you renew your maintenance. This fee is currently $30 and is in addition to the normal maintenance fee. It allows your
software to be upgraded to the current release no matter how old it is. Purchasing the maintenance allows you to download any
updates released for the software with 12 months of when you purchased. After 12 months you are given a 5 month period in
which you can renew your maintenance for the normal maintenance cost. If you wait longer than that then your upgrade cost
will incur the Catch-Up fee along with the normal maintenance fee.

We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), checks (personal or certified), money orders and purchase orders. A completed order form is required with each order. Please click here to purchase online with your credit card.
After you place an order the contact person will receive an email with a file attached. This file will be your license file for eDive. Simply save the attached file to the directory where you installed eDive to unlock your software. Your license file should be emailed to you within 2 business days of placing your order. If you do not receive your license file please contact our sales department.
The software is available via an electronic download on our downloads page. If you ordered a CD it will be shipped shortly after placing your order. If you need to have the CD ASAP then please contact our sales department and we will arrange special shipping for you.
Sales Tax
NY and PA residents add 8% sales tax. If you are a tax exempt organization then please include a copy of your tax exempt certificate with your order. If you are
purchasing online and are from NY or PA please fax us a copy of your tax exempt
certificate and we will refund the tax paid.
Shipping and Handling
The only time S & H charges apply is if you request a CD to be sent. The S & H charges are included in the price of the CD. If you have futher questions please contact sales.
Terms
Unless otherwise noted, all payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a 10% late fee.
Purchase Orders
On company letterhead, with approval signature, please include the part #, description, quantity and total price for each item ordered. Include the PO # based on your numbering system. Include the billing address so that the invoice can be mailed to you. Also please include a completed order form with the required licensee information included.
