





This form is designed to submit your lists for one event at a time. So if you are attending a meet and have
divers in multiple events, then please follow these steps;
- Fill out this form completely for the first event (for example: mens 1m)
- Hit the button 'Send my dive lists'
- The entries for your first event will be sent
- Fill out this form completely for the second event (for example: womens 1m)
- Hit the button 'Send my dive lists'
- The entries for your second event will be sent
- Repeat this process for each event you have divers in
Overview
Using this online form you can submit your athletes list of dives to a meet host. The meet host can then take your dives
and import them directly into the eDive program. You simply fill out this screen and press the Send button and your
meet host will receive an email with your list of dives attached. That attached file can then be imported directly
into eDive without any re-keying. No mistakes, no typos, no problems. And because you have entered your email address you
will also receive a copy of the same email with your list of dives attached.
This form is designed to submit one teams entries for a specific event. If you need to enter your athletes in 2 or more
events then fill out the form for the first event and send it. Then fill it out for the second event by changing the event
name, the divers in the event and their lists and send it. Continue until you have sent your entries for all of the events
that you want to enter. When you are finished you will have sent one email per event.
Basic Instructions:
- Just fill out the fields at the top of the form.
- Enter the divers from your team competing in this event.
- Enter their list of dives underneath each divers name.
- Check the boxes for any voluntary dives.
- Press the 'Send my dive lists' button.
- Repeat the process for each event your divers are entering.
When you are done you will have sent one email per event that you are entering.
Detailed Instructions:
At the top of this form you will see fields where you can enter your information. Please enter your name, your email address
and the email address of the meet host. You must also enter in the name of the meet, the name of the event that this list
of dives is for and the name of your team.
Once you have entered the information at the top of the form you are ready to enter your athletes and their list of dives. For each
diver in this event you will see fields for that divers first name, last name and 11 rounds of dives. Pressing the 'Add new
Athlete' button will add another set of fields so you can enter another athlete.
To enter each athletes list of dives simply enter the dive number followed by the position in the fields for each round. Capitalization
does not matter for the dive positions. Enter a number of dives according to the format of the event you are entering them
in. Ex) If the event requires 6 dives then please put in 6 dives in the fields for rounds 1 to 6 leaving rounds 7 to 11 empty.
Enter the dives for each athlete the same way.
You will also notice that below each round is a checkbox that says 'Vol'. If the dive in that round is a voluntary or required dive,
then place a check in the box below that round. If the dive in that round is an optional dive then leave this box unchecked.
Under the voluntary check box there is a field labeled "Brd". This field is for you to specify the board level the diver will
be competing this dive on. It is not necessary that you enter a value into this field. If you do not enter anything into this field then the dive will be assigned the default board level for the event. So if you are entering a 1 meter event,
all of the dives will be assigned at the 1 meter board level. If you are entering a tower event each dive will be assigned
a tower level according to the default event format. So for a 10 meter event all dives will be assigned a default level
of 10 m. If your diver is performing one of his/her dives on 7m then, for that round, enter a value in the "Brd" field of 7.
When their dive sheet is imported that dive will be assigned a board level of 7 meters.
Once all of your information has been entered you will need to press the button labeled 'Send my dive lists'. This will send
an email to the meet host and to you. That email will include an attachment that contains your list of dives for a specific
event. The meet host can then take that list and import it directly into eDive. Instructions on how to import the dive lists are
included in the eDive user guide which can be downloaded from the Downloads page on this website.
